Xperia Z2 Service Issues

I have submitted my phone on 22nd November at the service centre with the following details

Phone Xperia Z2 white 16 GB

Job Sheet No. W114112105801

I have been facing issue of Microphone malfunction very frequently the mic used to work on irregular basis and the voice was never clear, this is a serious issue regarding my phone one another major issue was of touch popping up or we can say that there were gaps in the bottom left corner of the main screen because of which phone was never water proof, theses are some serious issues regarding my 50000 Rs. phone which i bought after so many difficulties,

I just want you guys to replace my phone so that in future i wont face any such difficulty including going to the service centre 20 kms from here which being a student is a very difficult task to do.

Good luck getting anything from Sony. I've had issues since I bought it. (5 months ago) They said that they have "escalated" my problem.
