Hi, I purchased this phone one month+ ago and now i'm having some issues with the volume or buttoms. The phone is turning down the volume automatically and when it happens, i cannot use the right side buttoms (power off, volume) until the phone get back to normal status again. When this happens and Im turning up the volume to fix it, is still turning down forever until it's in silent mode. I rebooted many times to try to fix it but still having this problem Please assist enric

Hi, I tried to repair within PC Companion and i'm still having the same problem. Sometimes after rebooting, my phone starts in Safe mode and it's really tough to get back in Normal mode because the volumen is turning down automatically. I'm really disappointed with this phone. I registered my warranty less than one month. I wanna know if i can refund this "phone" within 30 days before of the warranty registration. Further information: i didnt install anything abnormal, I didnt do anything out of normal, my "phone" has the last update of KK. Just i wanna know about warranty or some troubleshooting.
