Hi forum. I really need some help please! I was happily watching a film on my z2 with my headphones last night when I was interrupted by a pop up msg that warning me that loud volume can damage my hearing or something like that. So i just clicked it off but ever since my headphone volume (media) wont go above halfway. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

Not sure this will work but no harm in trying - Open Settings then Apps and swipe to All then locate and open Sound enhancements then tap on force stop then Clear cache and clear data then reboot and test

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

When your headphone is connected and you have the phone unlocked, you should press volume up and this message should appear again so you can press the OK button. Afterwards, you should be able to turn the volume up again. If not, could you try to restart the phone and try my suggestion above again?
