My z1 was purchased from out of India, I have been using it without any issues u til recently the phone started making squeaking noise whenever it vibrates, it doesn't vibrate properly. I went to local service centre they told me as my phone was purchased abroad it does not have warranty here in India. They are asking 80% of the z1 market price to resolve the issue. Seriously Sony this is how you cover your own manufacturing problems. I Google this issue it is a very common one and clearly manufacturing defect. Though I even software repaired the phone just to be sure. Sony all I am asking of you guys is to repair or replace the phone as it is clearly manufacturing defect I saw other posts in which people said their phone was replaced. I am not asking you to provide me warranty here in India even though my phone is only 6 months old I am willing to pay basic service charges but nothing more than that, I would really be grateful to you guys if you resolve the problem as it is not possible for me to go abroad and get my phone replaced.
