      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i have purchase sony E3 dual , a month back, now i am facing a seriour problem, whe i tride to power off my device it hangs up in shutting down process for an hour, but i an see the back home and perious app buttons at bottom and also i can able to slide down the upper slide , what should i do to close the power off popup, please help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You often see this on computer s where by an app is still being stored in the RAM and is unable to be cleared so that the command to shut down can be actioned which I will assume is the current predicament you have so I would perform the actions above as Uli has said&lt;/P&gt;</description>
