Smartwatch3 rebooting continuously

Hello Guys,

When I try to boot my brand new smartwatch3 it reboot 1 to 14 times before starting!

1) vibration

2) sony logo

3) reboot and vibrate

4) sony logo

5) etc...

After several times I have the android wear logo and everything works fine. I can't admit it's the normal way.

I already tried to reload the software with PC companion and installing drivers.

But still the same issue.

Any suggestions?

Take it back to the store or contact your local Xperia Care

Have you tried to charge it before?

of course the watch is charged!

today battery 70% charged I had 10 times the Sony logo before finally booting normally.

I am convinced that there is something wrong... but what?

It could be a hardware issue.
