MDR-NC31E Only left earbud working

My MDR-NC31E headset functions with my friends Z3 perfect, however on mine it functions badly, right earbud does not work! I have tried resetting Smart connect, and booting onto safe mode and trying then. the headset also functions as a chat headset on my PS4. It is the phone, but not the jack. My MH1C headset works perfectly in both ears. Any help is appreciated.

You can check if it works if you Boot on safe mode. If it does then it's a third-party app

I am going to try repairing my phone, I already have this software installed so it should be a easy solution if it works. And thanks for the continued help 😀 it really is appreciated!
