thank you for replying,

sadly i have tried unpairing and pairing already, i also tried to use the throw function of xperia z3, throw music via bluetooth, sadly still nothing changes,

it does a 0.5sec pause for every 1~2 seconds, and i am highly positive that this is a software issue, my bluetooth device is perfectly fine..

im now on safe mode... still stutters

is there some issue with bluetooth version or something? i have no clue

Sorry to hear that you have issues with bluetooth.

Hard to say for sure but it sounds like a bad connection. The stutter may be packet loss which happens when there's a poor connection. What happens if you hold the headphones very near the phone? Do you know if your phone works with other bluetooth headsets?

If i hold the bluetooth headphone very near to my phone, it still stutters... i have red alot of forums complaining with the same issue as mine, not only sony brand's... they say that this has been an issue for a long time. is it really a bluetooth issue? or phone issue? or headphone issue? i am 100% positive that the phone, BT headphone is not broken...

When music over bluetooth stutters it's usually caused by a poor connection. The bluetooth standard for A2DP doesn't have any buffer so when there's a packetloss it stutters.

But as it also happens when you hold them very near i'm afraid it sounds like there's something wrong with your phone, headphones or that there's a compatibility issue. Have you tried your phone with a Sony bluetooth headset?
