      <description>My phone is giving me a 'media not found' message on some of my photos and videos. I have tried unmounting and re-mounting my sd card but still not working, any suggestions?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it sounds like these files might be corrupted. Can you see any pattern in which files that are corrupted? How old is the memory card? You might want to format it, it could prevent this from happening to new files.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No pattern I can see, the card is only a few months old, this problem is quite common on Android forums but I haven't seen a solution yet</description>
