conference call issue

Not able to add calls while on another call. Anyone else facing the issue. Does anyone have solution for this?

Call conference is something that needs to be enabled on the network, I suggest you first give them a call and request that this be enabled on the account.

On Android 4.4.4 merge call option was available out of the box abs i was able to add contacts to the existing calls. Now am not able to add calls in similar fashion.
