i put my phone down on the kitchen side didnt throw it and my screen just got a crack from top to bottom why ive been waiting for a bigger memory card to wave all my data before sending my phone of its started to freeze a lot speaker os muffled and ot has a mind of its own, im npt in a position to just buy new phones ive only had the phone 8 week had problems from the start with it freezing i saved up for ages to afford this phone quite angry that its going cost me money i simply dont have to repair it!! Ive tryed ringing the shop i gpt it from but they tell me to contact sony i have but as they cant tell me the amount im scared to send it of and not be able to afford repair if i had droped my phone id be fine but i cant stress anuff i juet put it down on the kitchen side the crack is just up one side. I really cant keep afording repairs or new phones as anyone had same problem or nows the cost?

Ive tryed to take back the phone they sent me away after fidling about with it but because the screen then cracked they say its not a problem were they can replace the phone as its not just technical

As I don't know where you are in the world I therefor don't know your consumer laws but here in the UK our laws say the place of purchase are the ones who need to deal with warranty and then they intern deal with Sony
