Stuck on o2 Screen

Hi,

I left my phone last night on the side as I always do and this morning when my alarm was supposed to go off, it didn't. So i looked at my phone and it just had the blue o2 screen. I couldn't switch it off using the button on the side, so took out the battery,switched it back on again and it just froze when it reached the same blue o2 screen... Tried various button pressing in various combinations but nothing seems to help...

Any ideas how on earth to fix it?!

Hi,

Have you tried to boot the phone without SIM- and SD-card to see if the phone powers on correctly?

Otherwise, a software repair via PC Companion would be recommended:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
