Help

I have a Z2, but I cannot connect to wifi. I have tried restarts, I have tried factory reset, I have run a diagnostic but the wifi simply wont switch on and therefore I cannot get the phone to scan for networks. It worked briefly after I updates to latest firmware but that only lasted 5 hours.

The phone is only a few months old and in new condition. I've no idea what to do.

Az
