Error with wifi

Every time I want to use my WiFi on my Sony xperia U, it just says error, every single time. I've tried restarting the phone, completely erasing everything off the phone but still not working. If its happened to anyone else, how did you get it to work again?

Does it work if you boot on mode?

I just tried to do that. I held onto the power off button and the safe mode option doesn't even appear.

Hi smifff96

If you don't have that option try turning the phone off and on again, when it says Xperia on the screen hold the volume down key until it is fully powered on & the phone should then be in safe mode.
