Using z3,why my battery before this if fully charging it will stated can stay until 2days buy now fully charging but It appears only for 14hours only for the battery

If you have restarted your device, fully charged it and you still experience the issue - I would advise running a software repair on your phone as it is very likely to resolve the issue being experienced.

First you need to download PC Companion or Bridge for Mac.

Note: Performing a software repair will delete all data, to back up your phone using PC Companion:

1. Go to Support to install PC Companion on a Windows computer.
2. When installed, start PC Companion on the computer.
3. Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable.
4. Click Start under Backup & Restore.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

PC COMPANION

1. Select Start under Support Zone.

2. Phone Software Update.

3. Start.

4. Repair Phone

5. Continue

6. Accept data removal

7. Next

8. Wait for prepare

9. Select Phone

10. Follow the connection steps

BRIDGE FOR MAC

Note: There will also be a Backup & Restore option in the Bridge for Mac program.

1. Open Sony Bridge for Mac and ensure the screen is maximised.

2. Select ‘Xperia’ at the top left of your screen

3. Select Repair Xperia Device.

Please ensure your handset is not connected to your Mac when performing the above as you will be instructed to connect your handset once you have followed the above steps. Your handset must also remain powered off at all times.

It happens twice. Last two weeks I already repaired the phone and it back to normal..but yesterday it happens again..I would like to know possible problem that cause my phone into this kind of situation..so I will aware to avoid it happens again.

Was there any specific app that cause this or anything like GPS/BLuetooth or something?

Take a look at your battery usage and App power consumption on power management.

Are you using the Stamina mode function? As this prolongs battery life. You can check which appications are using the most power under Settings > Power management. Try turning the screens brightness down and turning Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Mobile data off when not using them as these can drain battery life fast.

This might be related to how the stamina controller sees the whole process. Try the following: first (if enabled) disable stamina, after go to settings-apps-all-stamina,force stop and clear data.Restart and see how it is.
