Camera QuickStart sound in silence mode

When using the shutter button to start the camera app, the chime sound is played regardless if volume is enabled or not.

This is pretty annoying and a regression compared to KitKat.

the chime sound is always played even when the phone is set to vibrate or completely silenced.

Would be great if this can be fixed.

Probably this is something that could affect other people's privacy.

From what I am aware this cannot be removed, as this is the chime associated with our camera apps.
