&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the data for Smart Connect and then test the headphones with the phone after. To clear the data go into Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; SmartConnect &amp;gt; tap Clear data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
