Aux Problem

Hi I have a problem. When I plug my headphones the phone doesn't recognize them and they are working domě when i plug them to my computer. I don't know why it doesn't work. Please help.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try clearing the data for Smart Connect and then test the headphones with the phone after. To clear the data go into Settings > Apps > All > SmartConnect > tap Clear data.

And the world before but now they don't i have a lot of headphones event sony and the aux doesn't work.

If you have tried many headphones in the handset and none of them work I would advise contacting Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region. You can find the contact details for your region by clicking the link in my signature.
