    <description>Hello i recently flashed lollipop on my z1. And i wanted to root it. But i cant get into recovery mode because after sony logo it goes straight to my home screen without the green led blinking. How do i fix this? Tried flashing kitkat and to no avail. Still no green led after sony logo on boot up. Please help. Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;These is no recovery mode on Xperia devices unless you have installed a custom recovery and unless your bootloader is unlocked then as far as I'm aware there is no way to root - I had a locked bootloader and was rooted then used my custom recovery to flash a pre-rooted rom&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your bootloader is unlocked then to fix you can either use Sony EMMA or Flashtool and a .ftf firmware file&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thanks&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey buddy, you need to update your phone to lollipop first, but the phone should be rooted and the update file should also be rooted, or else you cannot access you recoveries and roots via any other method!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only one present right now is this.. . Though my phone went into a semi-root scene, which is a different senario since SuperSU is installed but other stuff dont work which require root..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
