My phone is not booting. I tried to repair it via PC companion. But it was not able to go to flash mode. When I pressed the vol up+power there was no vibrations, but after 10s red led was flashing. When I connected to charger there was no indications. So I left it for 2 hours . After that I did the same. No result. Was flashing the red led like before. I dont know what to do pls help.

Hi @Rahul16

If when you turn on the device only the red led light flashed multiple times, press the three buttons Power, Volume down and Volume up for about 8 seconds and then release them, and check if the Sony logo appears.

I hope can be useful and I'm at disposal for any question.

Best Regards,

Leave it on a strong charger overnight, then try to boot it again. If not successful, you'll have to contact your local Sony support:

/t5/FAQ/How-to-get-your-Sony-Xperia-product-repaired/m-p/991374#U991374

A DEAD PHONE

Hi Sony,

Its been a while since I am using this phone[T2 ultra dual]D5322. I am having a serious issue with it. For the past 10 days I am facing this. My phone didnt boot up after charging. I dont know why this happen.. So I took it to the sony service center. They checked my phone and said Motherboard has been damaged.[NO HIGH VOLTAGE IN MY HOME]. So you have to go for a new motherboard, they said. I was shocked to hear it and the price. The price they said was 9000 INR. So I am so angry on this. Its been only 1 and a half year since I bought this phone. Now a major problem have been arised. I did nt expect this from SONY. I believed sony that they would offer some quality product. So only I bought this phone even w/o hesitating to pay a 25K INR for this low level spec phone. I always liked sony for its quality. Now a total disappointment. I have been using TVs, Music systems, etc from Sony for the past 15 years and it is working fine till date. Now I have wasted my money in this phone I would say. Very very cheap quality. Even some low quality phone last upto 2 yrs. My BRANDED phone didnt last even 2 years. What I have to do.. I am not in a position now to spend 9000 INR on this ****.. For that price I would buy even some other powerful phone than this one.. A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Sony. I believed in it. But It went off.

                                                                                        Thank you!
