In my Xperia m2 aqua.. software like WhatsApp Facebook message camera like that all software are unfortunately stop and mobile get totally black screen

What the problem and what I should do? Please help me friends.. Thanks you

No I format my cell and nothing all third party apps.. But still this problem I am facing

I boot my phone in safe mode.. But still problem was coming.. Unfortunately Xperia keyboard stopped, unfortunately Google. Process. Gapp stopped

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

I not try with PCC.. because I have not Internet connection on my computer

I'm sorry to hear that but you have those 2 options

1. get on a computer with internet access

2. contact your local Xperia care

I was go to Xperia care.. But they don't do anything because of Xperia m2 aqua was not launch in India.. They said me that your model is out of country. So they can't did anything

M2 AQUA is available in India. U must have purchased out of India?
This is software glitch.. Must b solved by PCC as suggested by uliwooly

EBay sells imported phone for which warranty not valid in India... check sellers details prior to purchasing anything online .
Anyways repair with PCC and do let us know
