Hello guys, I've been enjoying my Z3 lately very much and I love it!
Today was the first day I get to test the waterproof ability on the z3 as it's summer and i went to a swimming pool, I took like a 10sec video and two pics and worked greatly then after the last photo the touch screen became unresponsive, I thought it's normal and it will come back soon but it didn't i tried to restart the phone or shutdown but can't because the touch didn't respond although i dried the phone using a towel, I searched online using my friend's phone *nearly crying because i really didn't want to test it* didn't found quick solutions, So i went back home really sad because i was thinking about losing the phone that costed me 700$ and that was a hard 700$, tried everything the phone screen was displaying and i can even take photos but later by like 20 minutes the display began trembling and then went dark and i can barely see anything i became more worried, please tell me what to do please I really regret doing this the phone didn't stay 1min underwater and above 1.5meter please i want a fix, what about the rice thing?
please help me unfortunately i live in Palestine,Gaza we don't have any support centers and i can't even get out of my city
guys i'm really disappointed...
