Xperia Keyboard Not Learning Words

The Xperia Keyboard is no longer remembering words correctly.
The app no longer remembers unless they are typed in the Messaging app or the Gmail app.

This issue occurred after I deleted a learned word from my dictionary, and after I typed the word again, it never returned like it usually does.
So, I cleared the personal language data, and then the phone just stopped remembering words correctly.

To troubleshoot the Xperia Keyboard app, I have tried:
- Clearing the cache.
- Clearing the data.
- Reverting to the Factory Version.

After doing those steps multiple times, the app is still not acting correctly.

It seems as though the app is stuck only remembering words from the Messaging app and the Gmail app, despite the fact that those are unchecked.

Unfortunately, I am having a problem with all apps that use the Xperia Keyboard.
The fault seems to be within the Keyboard itself.
