WARRANTY!

hi i just sent my sony z3 to the rapair shop. im worried becaus ei just got the phone a few weeks ago, and i brought it out swimming, it wasnt even under water for a minute. it tried to take picutres but nothing happened. i get out of the pool and the screen is not working. i was frozen or something. then not even 5 mins later the screen went black, i still got notifications from messages. but the screen wasnt working. if i tilt it on an angle i could see something but the touch screen wasnt working. oh i also had all the seals closed as well.

im just wanting to know if that water damage or something else. and im also worried that they wont fix it, because i have been seeing alot of reviews about there warrenty claims and how mad poeple were about it.

should i be worried??

@cookie72monster - I am sorry to hear about this, however the service/warranty process will vary from region to region so you would be best to have this conversation with your local Xperia Care team.
