xperia Z c6603 bootloop "optimizing apps "

hello , i have an xperia Z c6603 , and yesterday when i got up ( it was the alarm on the phone that woke me up ) , when i got back i picked up my phone and i found it optimizing apps like it does when i update , but i didn't update ;and everytime it finishes optimizing the phone restarts and it does the same thing again and again ...
i tried to repair it using PC companion , but everytime it tells me to hold the volume down button and connect the usb windows does a triple beep sound ( i think it means that it needs a driver ) , so i installed the driver , it tells me to restart the computer , so i did ; and it tells me to restart again and again ...

i didn't unlock the bootloader nor rooted the phone

pls help ( and sorry for my english )

Are you trying to connect the phone while turned off as instructed?

yes i actually pressed the power button + volume up until it vibrates 3 times

Boot your PC on safe mode, disable any antivirus and or firewall, run PCC, try again.

Same, same, and there's also this thing, when I turn it on, and get stuck on optimizing apps, the number of apps would change sometimes. First time, it was 257, then it was a constant 258, then I took out the SD card and SIM card, then I turned it on again and found it to be 21 apps, then it went back into 258 apps (after a loop), and then I put back the cards in and it was 30 apps. Please just help, I'm desperate DX
