I cannot exit safe mode in Xperia Z (Android 5)

My phone goes to safe mode by itself and I don't know how I can exit from thus mode. Also by restart phone does not exit and going to ultra stamina mode too.

If something it's pressing on the volume keys or the volume keys are not working then you will have to contact your local Xperia Care to get it repaired

Volume keys work, but sometimes decreases the volume by itself without press thiese keys!

That points that there's a hardware issue with the volume buttons.
