      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm so frustrated with my phone. &amp;nbsp;For MONTHS I have been unable to back up my phone using PC Companion. &amp;nbsp;Also for past 2-3 days, I keep getting an prompt to tranfser data from phone to SD card, popping up every few hours and it's doing my head in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going away and would like to back up my photos and transfer them to my PC and have a clear photo album...but how do I do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a simple explanation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never had an issue with the iPhone...once photos were transferred to PC, they were deleted off my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why doesn't PC Companion do it. &amp;nbsp;After all, that's why it's there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you manually copy and paste, they won't be deleted. PC companion can do it too, but, for example, I like to do it manually. PCC can backup contacts,messages etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
