Hi, i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or by any chance knows how to fix it. I was using my phone last night and everything was working perfectly but thismorning i went to take a photo using the main camera but the screen was covered by pink lines. Even when i take a photo the pink lines remain. They dissappear for a few seconds if i cover the camera with my finger then take it away?? This is how the screen looks and how pictures appear. This is the only issue the front camera and the rest of the phone are working perfectly.

go to settings> apps>camera app> clear data restart your phone

does this happen when you are in safe mode? /t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008

did the camera pass the diagnostics? http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiae4dual/userguide/Running-diagnostic-tests/

are you using any other camera apps since this happened?

Did you manage to find a fix for this?

My phone has just given me the same pink screen as above. It turns black if I put my finger over the camera lense.

Same with all camera apps. Snapchat, facebook, camera app

This a factory problem or something an update could fix?
