Got Z3 compact back from Sony, the nice ppl there had replaced some scratched external bits!

However, this morning with phone being more or less fully charged, it decided to turn itself off again! None of the 'fixes' work. Seriously considering jumping the Sony ship to someone else

Hi @jen1873,

Sorry to hear that.

My first suggestions would be to force a shutdown using the two methods you described below. Have you tried a software repair using Xperia Companion?

If the above does not help you will most likely have to send your phone to an authorized service center. Contact Local support for information on how to proceed.

Mine won't even start after pushing the yellow button for near 5 minutes, absolutely nothing from the phone. Just got it back this morning at 1030 after being away the 2nd time to get 'fixed' and it's literally just turned itself off 5 mins ago. Im getting somewhat pi33ed off with it!
