Sound and charging problem

Hi!I bought Xperia Z3 (D6603) only 4 months ago. After the last update (6.0.1) when I restart my phone it changes the ringtone independently using a default one. There are also problems during the charging of battery , in fact it doesn't reach 100 %.

About the ringtone, make sure you choose one from the internal memory and see if the same occurs.

Related to battery, are you charging via USB or directly to wall socket?

Yes I choose the ringtone from internal memory. The charging is directly to wall socket

Regarding the ringtone being changed, does it happen after every restart? Does it happen if you select another default ringtone and then restart your phone?

Are you using the original charger? If you are, have you tried using other chargers?

Hi @Didrik the ringtone changes after 2 restarts. No I have only the originel sony charger

Does the ringtone still change if you instead choose to reboot your phone to safe mode? Could you also check if you can charge to 100% while in safe mode?

Your device does not reboot to safe mode? Or what do you mean?

Oh I see. In my previous post the text "safe mode" is a link. Press it and a new page will appear instruction you on how to reboot your phone to this mode.
