Bought and was disappointed

You have bought a phone sony xperia m4 aqua dual. The phone is a bit slower compared to the last phone Sony Xperia M dual,but it is not important. After a week of use found that the front camera does not work and the shortcut for switching to it is missing! Gave back to the store for repair and waiting 3 week. Very sorry that your favorite manufacturer has disappointed me!!!

I am sorry to hear that.

If it's sent to service right now there is not much I can assist with, hopefully it'll be resolved at the service center. If you sent it to an authorized service center, then contact your Local support for status updates and other service related inquires.

If you experience this again, could you go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Front camera - and tell me what happens?
