The home Panel does not respond

My home button does not work, the touch and battery does but however the back button, home and options button does not respond at all. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Does it has a protective case or film?

Settings, about phone, diagnostics, test, test the touchscreen

Hi @Jajaziel8amtz and welcome to the forum!

Does the same thing happen while in safe mode? If you answered yes, try resetting the Xperia Home app. Go to Settings > Apps > All > Xperia Home > Clear data. Restart your phone afterwards.

Note that this will reset all changes you have made to your home screens (widgets and shortcuts to apps will be removed from your home screens) and you will have to restore this afterwards. No personal data or apps will be deleted from your phone by doing this.
