In my XA ultra, mobile data and other background process continues when screen is off in stamina mode. It should be restricted in background.

Can I reduce this time 5 mint to 30 sec for increase battery bacup.

Probably not without root and then not sure if it's possible anyway

No that I'm aware of, in that case, you can just disable WiFi, GPS, Data, etc whenever you aren't using the phone, perhaps there's a third party app that could do such a thing.

Go to settings data usage then on WiFi and data scroll down the list click on each and every app in the list and set the slider to the right to disable background data usage. This stops all unauthorised data usage I.e. It won't use any data when you aren't using the apps I've done this on all my Xperia devices never had a problem with my contract bill and data usage
