    <description>I won't be surprised that the features is not enabled in your line, can you ask them to verify the line and the account to check if it's active and everything is working fine? You can ask them to initiate a test call.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It can be also that your wifi router is blocking ports used to do voip, did you try a different wifi router?</description>

      <description>Have z5 compact. Despite being connected to WiFi and WiFi calling setting on I get a message saying mobile network not available connect to a WiFi network when I try to make a call at home with poor mobile signal. This is a replacement phone, yet still same fault.</description>

      <description>Yes have done that and it is and they have sent replacement phone which still does not work</description>
