Hi,

Just tried to restore my new Z3 Compact with data from my old Z3 Compact and got this error code:

PCCBackupFailed
CompanionBR 1432

What can I do to make it work?

It might not work, does your new phone has the same android version as the old phone when the backup was made?

Hi @MCN,

You can try restoring the data to the new phone via the Xperia Transfer feature instead. It allows you to select a backup as the source of the transfer.
