using on computer

hi i have a sony xperia sp (c5303) it had a problem it was fixed by changing the mother board now there is a great problem : the phone does't work on computer and doesn't charge from computer (only from an ac charger ) .
i have tried many ways to solve the problem .
i used another cable , another usb place , factory reset, Xperia Companion and usb depuging .

please please help me 😭😭😭😭😭

Have you tried a different PC/Mac computer to see if the issue stems from the computer and not the handset?

Yes I did. I'm 10000% sure it's a hardware problem

If you believe this to be hardware related you are best to communicate with Customer Care, they will be able to supply the most appropriate instructions to help rectify this issue.

Have you tried: conectivity USB: MODE MSC instead of MTP.
