This will make a cursor appear similar as one found in a computer which you can use.

Hello,

Please help, my Z1 compact had a unresponsive screens problem. I completed full reset using pc companion however, when I turn it on the screen still doesn't work so I can't get past the set up pages and this means i then can not try other fixes. This also applies in safe mode - any suggestions?
