M4 Aqua 3/2 G progblem !

Hi , Its OzanBaris from Turkey !

I bought Sony M4 Aqua. But i have a problem about LTE ,3g and 2g. When i change to LTE its working but not everywhere. But when i change it to 3g/2g my sim card does not work ! What can i do for this situation?

I had a tons of conversation with my operators and sony turkey. They are not changing my mobile. Its not about a month i bough it. I need a help !

Based on your description, you probably have poor LTE coverage, as for 2G/3G, you might want to get a brand new SIM card, also, make sure that your phone it's compatible with your carrier's bands.

Actually i have 2 sim card , they all new 4.5G so only my mobile does not work around my home. My friends using iphone , samsung etc but my sony does not work with 3g/2g.

Oh okay, i cant check it , cuz i have not signal now. But i check on internet it should be 3g 2100

4g band 3 band 1800/ 7 2600mhz / band 20 800 mhz

Im sorry i dont understand what do you mean ^carrier name^ i have marshmellow and my sim card is 64 kb i just bought a month ago. Thats signal numbers i cant see on my mobile cuz i have not signal anyway. Can you show me on picture which part of sttings>telephone you asking about?

This seems to be a network issue, you might need a brand new SIM card.

Sir,

My sim cards are new. My mobile has problem. Me and my friend tested our sim cards its okay in iphone and samsung at my place, only my sony does not work by sim cards. This problem not about sim card, its about m4 aqua has signal problem. I will go to technical service again . If they will not change or not fixing this problem( i already sent my mobile and ask for new but it was negative) , lawyers gonna take this case.

This is a user based forum, which means, that we, users, try to help each other, keep the lawyer threats somewhere else, with that said, let's try something else, repair your phone with XC, btw, if you dropped the phone, or exposed it to water or inserted the SIM card the wrong way, it could be the cause of this issue.
