Problem Data connection after update 6.0.1

I have got the update on 6.0.1 on my Y5 premium dual sim.

Since the update, I cannot get any data connection. I have try a factory reset and even the upgrading by PC. I notice that the data is not working only when the two SIM are active. If I incert only one SIM or disable on SIM, the data is working after a restart of the phone.

It was working perfectly before the update.

Any solution on the problem?

have you tried it when you are in safe mode?

are your APN settings configured properly? also try to set your network type to one type only, like lte only or wcdma only

Welcome to the forum!

Have you selected which SIM-card should handle data traffic? If not, go to Settings > Dual SIM settings > SIM card for data traffic > Select which SIM-card you want to use for data traffic and then tap OK to confirm.

Note that only one SIM-card can be used for data traffic. If you have two SIM-cards from different carriers you will have to configure APN-settings for both of them if you intend to change which SIM-card is used for data traffic.
