z3plus display problem

hello i bought it 10 days ago after update 6.0 my phone was as in picture for about 1 monute and itself got back normal. do you have this problem? is it screen problem? today i was an servuse and they reset program . do anyone have this problem? i will lonk pocture here to saw how it was it is screenshoot

It can be a software glitch. If it happens again theen you should report back to your Local support.

thank you for your respond. i wish it will the only software problem and resolved with the reset if anyone have this problem plz contact how it solveand reson what wasd

If you experience the same again, repair the phone with XC if you still experience the same, exchange it.
