Hi @Whyrein,

Welcome to the community.

Local warranties vary on a country to country basis so only your local support team can answer warranty based questions for you. In general (this may or may not apply to your region), physical damage is not covered by the conditions of warranty. If the issue is caused by the drop your handset suffered then this may not be covered. The repair centre will be able to determine if it is covered or not.

Please keep in mind that this is an international technical support forum and people usually only come here with a problem, so complaints are usually biased, and they also only apply to their country of repair so their information may not be true for you.

Hi I'm new here. Already 9 months as Z3 user. But something's wrong with my vibration. Sometimes like disable but I already turn it on when typing. It happened after I dropped it (just once and just around 50cm heights). And when I want it back to vibrate, I must shake it gently. But sometimes it back like no vibration.

What should I do? What happened to my phone? Thanks before, and I'm sorry for my bad english.

warranty case. that issue will Hit the most in a 6-9 Months duration. got already two Phones replaced. the reason is quite simple, its just because the audio Jack is only plugged via cableband with the board, it doesnt get glued or sth similar so if you're sporty it will Hit you more often than a Couch potatoe

Is that still warranty they'll replace for new phone? But people here said, Sony's service is not that good. Once you go to service and it will give an impact to another parts
