No.

I just purchased this phone today to play Pokemon Go and it does not work. All of the spec's are capable but the play store says the "device isn't compatible with this version". Also the phone does not have a gyroscope so the AR parts of Pokemon Go would not work even if I could get it to run.

I will be returning the device tomorrow.

Blue19 and Zolfolt, the M4 can run Pokémon go and while a gyroscope may be recommended for better user experience a simple accelerometer can do the trick. It may be somewhat shaky at times but it will work for sure. I am pretty sure that you get that message due other limitations (do you have an SD card? Perhaps you got the 8gb versions?)
