The phone can't overheat, it will shutdown if it gets too hot.

Hi @Pnani786,

There are built in safety functions to prevent the phone from overheating, it will shut down before it gets too hot.

In order for us to help you easier we need a little more to go on. Is it when doing something specific with your phone that it becomes hot? When did this start happening or has it always behaved this way?

Have you tried rebooting your device to safe mode?

I'm using net or calls there are jetting very heat 🔥 I can't put in my ear also that much heating what can I do I'm facing very problem I can give Sony service care also I can explain getting very heat why this much heating I will ask there are telling minemam heat will happened 50 cc but y....?

If the device still overheats while rebooted to safe mode I suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
