My phone was perfectly fine. Then when I picked it up from my desk all of a sudden that was a big long diagonal crack in the screen. The area above the crack isnt responding anymore when i touch it. The crack runs from the upper right corner to a bit above the bottom left corner.

I always have my phone in a flip case for the best protection and it was 100% undamaged.

Are there more reports of spontaneously cracking screens? And Sony, to where can i send my phone for a repair? Since this should be covered by the warranty...

This is my 3rd Sony phone and 1st one that gets damaged.

Kind regards

Further information, the phone is only 10 months old.

I ve read that because of high tempratures or high temprature differences phone screens may spontaneously crack.

Nothing from Sony support???? Changes are that the alluminium casing has deformed because of the temprature in such a way there was too much pressure on the screen and it cracked.... Theres no burst, just a clean long crack
