Mobile data broken after MM update

Since upgrading to Marshmallow, my phone's mobile data doesn't work anymore. It worked perfectly on Lollipop. I tried to reset and repair after upgrading but still can't use mobile data. Anyone else have the same problem? solution?

Settings - more - download internet settings again.

I downloaded THE settings and still no good. no mobile data still doesn't work.

You might have to enter the APN settings manually:
