      <description>If you can get a screenshot and the issue is visible thru the picture then the problem may be software, but beware you could be able to capture an hardware issue, RAM where you may likely see areas with lines, or like inverted images of portions of the screen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you instead are not able to capture the problem via screenshot and, as you stated, lose also part of the touchscreen I can think there is an issue in the connector or the bus is damaged and you will have to contact local support in order to fix your problem.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your phone doesn't reace to touch at all you might be able to access the menus using an OTG cable and a computer mouse. If you are able to get ahold of an OTG cable you could test the display in Diagnostics, found under Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Display. Did you see any odd-colored pixels here as well?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
