Plus it's slightly open. I know I can ask for a replacement, so this is not the main problem. As the back cracked, the touchscreen started to be quite unresponsive, it often shows non-physical touches, like electromagnetic interferences. Could be these two effects related? Before contacting the support I tried to replace the back cover on my own, which is quite an easy process (guides can be found on the Web).
