If I understood you problem, if you try to add your imei it tells you that it's not found on the system, right?

Well, you can contact your local support and make them aware about the missing imei, they will add it manually.

Just as a note, I have no idea how Sony manage the provisioning of devices but some oems sells the device to reseller, the resellers when they sell the device will notice the oem that they sold device X with imei y which will go then to their system for warranty purposes. If you just bought your device it make take time before the imei will appear in Sony system, you may speedup the process, as I said above, by just contacting Sony directly and I am pretty sure some Sony people here may help you.

Good afternoon
I do not understand how a brand like Sony when you register a phone by IMEI informs you that you have a warranty and when you have the slightest problem desentiende saying that you have not purchased in your country.
I do not understand you can shop online globally an international brand is not able to give a guarantee.
I do not understand that not even give you the option of a budget to repair it.
The conclusion is that Sony has ceased to be a reliable brand since according sell the product where it meets quality standards or others.
A shame and a very poor service to customers.
