loudspeaker talk problem

hello,

receantly I've bought z3 compact...and everytime I'm trying to talk on loudspeaker everybody is telling me to turn it off because it is impossible to talk further when they are hearing everything they are saying back.

Any one have resolution to this problem ? because for longer talks I cannot imagine holding my hand near head all the time and I was always using loudspeaker talk option in phones.

Please help !

Welcome to the community,

From what I gather, it seems you are having issues with echoes on the call. The first thing I will ask is if you have a cover on your device and if you do can you please remove it and then test it.

Well I've just removed casemate etui and peoples were still hearing such echoes that talk cannot go any further. They even suggested that no differance at all with or without etui cover.

next suggestion please ?

That is very strange, generally this would be related to the case as the audio is bouncing and hitting the mic which causes an echo.

On the off chance that this may be software orientated, you could attempt a Safemode boot and test to clarify.

It's the same for me! With the latest update of my z3 compact. 23.5.A.1.291

During speakerphone (vivavoce) the called party hears interferences !

I'm sorry to deliver bad news to You but it's again not that.

I have acces to two experia z3 compact and both are with the same problem. My is from distribution from poland and I've actualized to android 6.0.1 and the other is from distribution from above UE country and it works on android 5.0 something and my girlfriend is using it.

Please sony make something or say what option to hit/switch....it is not normal to not be able to use loudspeaker option for phonetalks....it's realy a shame for SONY that 2 phones from different distribution routes have the same problem and are not able to use so basic function.

sincerely plese say how to repair that.

I did software repair, but does not solve the problem
