Apps crashing

After updating to Build 23.5.A.1.291, a lot of apps have started crashing or not working as expected.

For every app, it started to ask permissions but the Allow button doesnt work. Tried removing 3rd Party Apps and it started behaving better.
FX File Manager keeps crashing and cant access internal or external storage.
Music app doesnt read my music from external memory.
USB connection doesnt detect on my PC.
Camera app not opening and shows error that it is being used by another app.

I have done a factory reset, software repair through Companion App and right now its a clean tablet with only pre-installed apps. Even then the same issues are happening.

Request help please

I have repaired with XC and removed the SD card also. But the issues persist.
