Broken back glass panel

I have a sony Xperia z5, broken back glass panel the phone was bought frim UAE I am now in kerala India
I am being denied service from all authorised service center, could anyone tell me what I can do to get the phone properly fixed also tell me how much it would cost me

Sony doesn't have international warranties despite being an international brand. I suggest you contact a service center in UAE and arrange for shipment and repair of your device Local support

Sigh yea I called the support guys they said the same thing, the back glass is same for all phones isnt it.
Well anyways thanks man I ll see what else can be done

Hi @Lazzaruzz,

As stated above the service centers may refuse to repair a device which isn't meant for the market they operate in. This is because there may be differences in hard- and software, as well as differences in the warranty terms, service routines, local consumer laws and so on.You can find details in the warranty conditions, but if the local service center refused you there isn't much I can suggest besides contacting the Local support.
